$25,000 NRCHA Added Money Paid at the Snaffle Bit Futurity Open & Non-Pro

All weanlings, yearlings & two-year-olds sold at the Western Bloodstock NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity Sales are eligible to participate.

2024 sale repurchase fees from all sessions were added to the 2026 purse. 2025 sale repurchase fees from all sessions are added to the 2027 purse.

eight checks.

Paid to the 4 highest advancing (prelim composite) eligible foals in the Open and Non-Pro classes of the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity, in the year of competition.

Nomination Fees

The buyer’s
option.

Buyers can pay the nomination fee to make their purchase eligible for the incentive purse.

Nominate on sale day

The nomination fee must be paid on sale day with the horse purchase. If payment is received after this, the next level fee is required.

Collected & transferred

To be eligible for nomination, the full purchase price must be collected and the horse transferred to the new buyer.

3-year-olds

Can be nominated prior to the first show day of the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity. Verification of selling and transferring through the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity Sales is required.
